Queen Mary University of London is looking for Telephony Implementation Consultant experienced in technical Configuration of the Mitel Contact Centre. The University is implementing new Enquiry Management Technologies and needs a specialist who can also train members of a call centre teams.

Requirements:

* Extensive experience in configuring cloud-based applications
* Strong communication skills to assist Call Centre Managers
* Ability to work under the pressure of time and meeting the tight deadlines
