Vulnerability Management Analyst

Exciting opportunity for a motivated IT professional looking to get their foot in the door with an industry-leading and crucial security team as a Vulnerability Management Analyst!

If you have a solid understanding of Operating Systems, strong communication skills and the ability to be client-facing, and a genuine interest in security, then this is the role for you! You will work proactively with other team members to use best in class scanning and security tools to scan for vulnerabilities, draw reports, and consult with internal stakeholders on how to prevent security threats and improve the integrity of this company's security infrastructure.

This is a 6 month contract with opportunity to extend or convert located in Downtown, Atlanta with a leading global organization. In this Analyst position, you will have the opportunity to work in sync with an innovative team working with cutting edge technologies to disrupt the industry and gain excellent training. Collaborative team and work environment, with option for up to 2 days/week telecommute, excellent benefits, 401k matching, flex hours, and one day work from home.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3+ years Information Security Analysis experience
  • 1+ years professional Vulnerability Management experience
  • Operating Systems - Windows and/or Mac and/or Linux
  • Experience with Data Analysis
  • Experience with scanning tools (prefer Qualys, Nessus, AlertLogic, Burp, nmap, Metasploit, etc)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Exposure to Scripting - Bash and/or Python and/or Shell
  • Splunk
  • SQL
  • LDAP
  • SCCM
  • CSV Data
  • Service Now
  • Linux/Windows System Administration
  • Network Administration
