Oracle HCM Core specialist. MUST BE SC CLEARED. Oracle HCM Implementation. REMOTE ROLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Due to Covid-19, we can only accept candidates who have their letter of clearance dated not more than 12 months, or an email not more than 1 month old from the organisation that holds their clearance. My Government client basd in Buckinghamshire seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Specialist with 5 years + SOLID Oracle HCM skill set. Role description: An Oracle HCM specialist is required to support and deliver our implementation of Oracle Cloud. This is an important role within the HCM team, working closely with the business colleagues and systems implementer to ensure the system is configured using best practice and standard functionality.

The ideal Oacle HCM Implementation Specialist must have Demonstrable experience on designing and configuring Enterprise Structures, Work Structures, Core HR based on clients wider HR needs. Knowledge of other Oracle HCM modules beneficial - Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Learn, Talent. Ability to work collaboratively with client and system integrator, shaping the scope and solution based on client requirements. Experience of coaching and supporting the business to execute system and user acceptance testing. Ability to develop complex functional designs for system functionality, reports, integrations, etc.

Clearance level: SC or DV

Base location: Bucks preferred, or London

Travel required: Occasionally to Milton Keynes if not based there AND ROLE IS OUTISDE IR35 LTD CO PAY!

Deliverables/Work Package for the ideal Oracle HCM Specialist:

  • Target Deliverables/outcomes Evaluation criteria
  • Deliver configuration to support Process Playbacks during Proof of Concept (POC) covering FCO, FCOS and Local Staff (Global). All processes demonstrated in Process Playbacks in POC
  • Update Work Structures and Core HR Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) with requirements, solutions and processes. Work Structures and Core HR RTM signed off by Business Process Owners
  • Configuration workbooks. Signed off by Business Process Owners
  • Process Design Document. Signed off by Business Process Owners
  • Build up Enterprise Structures, Work Structures and Core HR functionality after POC to cover all configuration required for FCO, FCOS and Local Staff. All configuration completed and successful entry into System Integration Testing.
  • Support the delivery of Core HR reports, including design, writing specifications, testing, etc. Required reports designed.
  • Support System Integration Testing
  • Support Delivery Manager on programme related tasks and meetings.
