(Core, Performance, Optimization, 3G, 4G, IMS, CS, PS, EPC, SDN, NFV, vIMS, vEPC, BI - MISTR)
Core Performance and Optimisation Engineer required with strong knowledge in CS/IMS, 3G, 4G, PS, EPC etc for an ongoing project based in Reading Berkshire.
The Contractor shall perform the following Services: 3G/4G Core CS/IMS/Core PS/EPC Performance, Optimization and uses cases definition mission. You will work in the Performance and Optimization team as a CORE CS/IMS/EPC engineer through signalling analysis.
- Responsibilities
Assisting customer's team in using, enriching customer solution with new use cases will be one of your daily tasks. Deliver Telecom specification, perform Telecom validation based on customer solution to enhance customer tools with specific KPis, features (Analytics BI). You will ensure a good daily communication with the customer high management as the POC between customer team and client.
You will be also responsible for performing some training or workshops to operator's core engineers regarding our probing system.
The candidate should have a good knowledge in Core CS/IMS/EPC, Virtual Network acquired through technical training and several years of practical experience.

2. NFV/SDN Experience (vIMS, vEPC )
3. Exfo Service Assurance solution expert (Nova Legacy, big data, Kpis..)
4. BI - MSTR skills
5. Good Knowledge in Core CS/PS, IMS/EPC 2G/3G/4G optimization methodology
6. VoLTE Troubleshooting and call trace analysis
7. Good knowledge on Core CS, IMS/EPC 2G/3G/4G signalling and protocol layers (S1, S11,SIP, Diameter, )
8. Reporting and good analytics level
A Core Network Vendor Experience is a plus (Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia)
Good communication skills in meetings, conferences and presentations are also required.
English language is mandatory, Spanish and French would be an advantage.
