Description
I am working with a logistics company based in Barcelona. Their product is a route and fleet optimisation platform. Their aim is to help businesses across the world save time and money in their courier/delivery business.They are searching for a new UX/UI Designer to join their team from 1st July 2020. They estimate the work load to be around 20 hours per week and focused around the design and implementation of new features. The contract will last for a minimum of 12 months with the view to be extended further.
You can work from your home office (anywhere in the EU!) or from their offices based in El Poblenou, Barcelona.
For this project they are open to candidates who can speak any of the following languages: Spanish, Catalan and English.
I am able to offer a maximum all-in hourly rate of €20 per hour.
Your tasks could look like this:
Understand conceptual ideas and advice from customers / product owners in product design
Determine user and usage requirements
Design processes and experiences that feel simple and elegant
Evaluation of your (responsive) designs against user / usage requirements including usability testing
Implementation of the evaluated designs in agile collaboration with developers
If you have the following background, you could be the right candidate:
Knowledge in the development of applications or software
Experience with user interface design and user experience design
You know how a page was created and how it is structured under the hood
You master wireframing & prototyping, e.g. with Balsamiq and InVision
You are good at creating final drawings with design tools, e.g. Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop
Spanish, Catalan or English are fluent on your fingers and tongue
You are open to innovations
You work independently and on your own responsibility
