User Support/Helpdesk Analyst (Trilingual)

One of my clients is urgently looking for a User Support/Helpdesk Analyst (Trilingual) for a 6-12 month contract in Diegem, Belgium. Perfect candidate will be fluent in Dutch, French and English

Description:

Working during the day in shift rotation system 07:30 -18:00: 38 hours weekly, 40 is possible.
Part time between 9:00-13:00 or 08:00-12:00: 20 hours weekly
Main Skills:

  • Fluently in Dutch, French and English
  • Great listener
  • Solution minded thinking
  • Able to follow knowledge base articles in English
  • Knowledge of IT hardware, Windows OS, MS Office
  • Able to do basic troubleshooting on cabled and wifi issues
  • Customer minded, with good communication skills
  • Friendly, professional and helpful in contacts with customers
  • Stress resistant
  • Eager to learn and self-improve
  • Able to work independently after the received training
  • Have a good team spirit to work in a 30+ team
  • Knowledge of Citrix, Active Directory and networking are a strong asset

Main Tasks:

  • 1st line IT helpdesk support:
  • Providing solutions based on the knowledge base or escalation to next level for issues out of scope.
  • Register IT questions and problems communicated by end-users over the phone and mail.
  • Close follow up on your assigned tickets and emails.
  • Working at our service desk at Diegem, onsite durung training, possibility for partially remote working after training period
