Parity Group Plc are excited to be partnered with a renowned public sector client of ours based in Southampton who have the need for Digital Learning Trainer to join their team on a contract basis for a period of 3-6 months.
This role requires active DBS status or eligibility to apply for DBS.
Successful candidate will be
Working alongside internal teams to create and deliver digitally focused training on specific training modules for a critical project. Working to strict deadlines for live role out, using various digital methods. This training will be delivered to project specific teams across a varied number of modules, working with stakeholders and the internal training team you will collaborate effectively to meet the training deadlines and objectives for roll out.
- Deliver Digital Learning Training across various teams on critical modules at tight deadlines
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal training teams
- System introduction training
- Use digital focused training methods to deliver the modules
- Support with learning and development implementation process

- If you are a Digital Learning Training expert with proven expertise in rolling out training and delivering within complex training requirements
- Working with senior stakeholders collaboratively
- Digital Learning Focused Training experience
- Public Sector experience is desirable
