1st Line Support Engineer - Exchange and Active Directory - Bristol - ASAP Start
My client are currently looking for an experienced first line support analyst to join their team on a rolling contract basis. Ideally you would have experience in providing customer focused first line support to a large organisation with a minimum of a 60% ticket closure rate.
Key skills required for the role of 1st Line Support Engineer - Exchange and Active Directory
- Experience within a Microsoft infrastructure environment
- Support of Microsoft Exchange
- Active Directory
- Experience of supporting Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of Basic Networking connectivity
- Support of both Android and Apple mobile devices.
