1st Line Support Engineer - Exchange and Active Directory - Bristol - ASAP Start

My client are currently looking for an experienced first line support analyst to join their team on a rolling contract basis. Ideally you would have experience in providing customer focused first line support to a large organisation with a minimum of a 60% ticket closure rate.

Key skills required for the role of 1st Line Support Engineer - Exchange and Active Directory

  • Experience within a Microsoft infrastructure environment
  • Support of Microsoft Exchange
  • Active Directory
  • Experience of supporting Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of Basic Networking connectivity
  • Support of both Android and Apple mobile devices.
