Description
Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for a Change Manager (SAP) to join the team of its International end user client in Minnesota. Our client has a strong preference to a candidate based in Minnesota. This is a contract position and sponsorship will not be offered.
We can consider a remote on-boarding and then the work will be on site from August.

Minimum Core Attributes:
- 8+ years Change experience
- 4+ years as a Manager/Lead within the above areas.
- MUST - Ability and willingness to get hands on and roll sleeves up
- MUST - Be local and within driving distance (ideally can commute)
- MUST - Full suite programme experience - manufacturing businesses
- MUST - Medical or Pharma industry - Will accept Manufacturing/Production
- User adoption in a greenfield environment -moving from manual to SAP centric system
