SAP SuccessFactor Consultant - Leading Utilities
An exciting opportunity exists for a Succession Consultant with experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay module at a leading utilities company.
Location: Coventry
Duration: Until December 2020
Daily Rate: Markets rates
Key Requirements:
- Must be certified in SuccessFactors Compensation (mandatory)
- Must be certified in SuccessFactors Variable Pay (mandatory)
- Must have a strong understanding of leading HR best practices in the Compensation & Variable Pay modules
- Should have strong experience working with the SuccessFactors implementation methodology and project planning
- Should have experience leading client workshops for at least 2 Projects.
- Implementation and support experience with SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay module.
- Prior experience conducting Fit/Gap analysis and business/process modelling.
- Solid proficiency in gathering & assessing requirements from functional business owners.
- Designing robust business processes considering accepted industry practices.
- Configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite. Driving the development of functional and systems specifications.
- Able to leverage SuccessFactors documentation templates to document design decisions
- Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members.
- Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment
