SAP SuccessFactor Consultant - Leading Utilities

An exciting opportunity exists for a Succession Consultant with experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay module at a leading utilities company.

Location: Coventry

Duration: Until December 2020

Daily Rate: Markets rates

Key Requirements:

  • Must be certified in SuccessFactors Compensation (mandatory)
  • Must be certified in SuccessFactors Variable Pay (mandatory)
  • Must have a strong understanding of leading HR best practices in the Compensation & Variable Pay modules
  • Should have strong experience working with the SuccessFactors implementation methodology and project planning
  • Should have experience leading client workshops for at least 2 Projects.
  • Implementation and support experience with SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay module.
  • Prior experience conducting Fit/Gap analysis and business/process modelling.
  • Solid proficiency in gathering & assessing requirements from functional business owners.
  • Designing robust business processes considering accepted industry practices.
  • Configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite. Driving the development of functional and systems specifications.
  • Able to leverage SuccessFactors documentation templates to document design decisions
  • Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members.
  • Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment
