Description:
- The objective of this contract is to provide data collection from Client and Member States to support the inter-laboratory exercise on EBM. For the inter-laboratory exercise, it will require set up and preparation of protocols for EBM such as yeast based assay, algae test. Furthermore, the contract should provide a list of antibiotic resistance genes (ARG) to be proposed in the next Watch List (WL) program.
- Set up of the protocols for EBM based on client and external publications. Management, traceability and data analysis of the exercise.
- To generate a list of ARG genes, to be implemented, as indicator for the AMR in the EU monitoring program, the expert has to collect data and information from Client and external publications as well from database sources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional experience after studies.
- In depth knowledge of the SPSS software environment and programming language for statistical analysis.
- Experience with the followings software: MAGELLAN v.7.1, SDS2.4, i.control 1.10, CellQuest, FlowJo, Revelation Quicklink, RQ manager 1.2.1.
