6 month contract
My high profile banking client are currently recruiting for 2 documentation specialist to be based in their Chester Office on an initial 6 month contract.
We are currently seeking a Treasury Fulfillment Documentation Consultant to join our Treasury Services business. We provide transaction, investment, and information services to a range of customers, including top tier commercial and corporate clients across Europe, Middle East and Asia, right here from our Chester office. At every stage we provide them with seamless delivery and support requiring people with a passion for ensuring client delight.
Working with our client base you'll be a member of a team whose responsibility it is to ensure that we continue to provide excellent day-to-day documentation support; resolving inquiries, managing the coordinated response and resolution of complex issues, and building solid and profitable relationships.
- Project leading the clients on-boarding process from a Documentation perspective 
- Ensuring that all aspects of Legal Documentation has been requested from the client
- Provide the client with ongoing support by holding regular call, WebEx sessions and on occasions attending face to face meetings, to assist them in completing our documentation requirements
- Independently verifying information provided by the client
- Excellent Business Partner relationship building including but not limited to Compliance Officers, Front Office, and Sales Team etc.
- Familiarity with AML and Legal regulations within the EMEA Region
Core skills:
- Recent experience of working in a client focused role within the Financial Services Industry involving client on-boarding and legal/KYC documentation processes
- Fluent English (Written and Spoken)
- Show enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to take on new roles and responsibilities and also be able to adapt to other client onboarding tasks when required
- Recent experience of working in a risk based environment
- Fully conversant with the MS Office suite
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment
- Adaptability to change in an ever-changing environment
- Experience of FCA/AML regulations within E+B11MEA gained within a financial institution
- Project Management experience/qualification
- Language skills (French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian) are helpful but not critical record of onboarding in a GTS environment, then we'd love to hear from you.
