BILLING COORDINATOR in London needed!

6-month contract, up to £19.60ph

My client, a Bank that provides investment products and wealth management services, is looking for a BAU Billing Coordinator to manage increasingly high volume of BAU invoicing to client of fees, legal expenses and out-of-pocket expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility and accountability for BAU billing transactions
  • Liaise with Billing Ops to assist with chasing outstanding invoiced monies, reducing number of shadows, through until accounts are settled
  • Prepare monthly status reports and revenue summary at client level (for specific clients)
  • Contribute to MCA activities & reporting
  • To enhance the current role demonstrating an improved accounting service for our clients and external counsels and maintain strong working relationship with them
  • To challenge and review existing procedures/processes, suggest process enhancements
  • Ensure monitoring of accurate and timely set up and ongoing maintenance of transaction files
  • Initiate/ensure correct client billing data on an ongoing basis to prepare matters for billing
  • Train to be Trustee Database SME
  • Database Housekeeping/File closures
  • Ness Checks/KYC Checks: Maker/Checker process
  • Assist with departmental Audit as required
