We require a skilled: Senior sourcing analyst, procurement manager, buyer
Duration: Start August 10, 2020, 12 months
Single point of contact for all procurement activities for business unit, risk assess vendors and convert them all to client procurement and sourcing.
Job Description
- Supports business with purchasing transactions, under direct supervision
- Serves as a resource for business owners without system access in initiating and completing purchasing transactions
- Communicates process status and requests
- Provides data to general ledger and payments teams to support the payments process
- Demonstrates knowledge of basic purchasing principles and processes
- Experience coordinating components of larger projects
- Demonstrated initiative in building relationships with colleagues from multiple areas within an organization
- Experience navigating organizations to find internal resources and tools
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Work effectively in dynamic, time-sensitive, high volume environment
- Results-oriented, strong follow-through skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate Coupa and Oracle experience preferred
- Danish & English speaking required
