One of Energize Tech's key customers in Belgium are currently looking for a freelance Back End Technical Analyst to join their constantly growing team in Antwerp and be a part of an exciting project.
- 12+ month contract with the real possibility of extension
- NL/FR speaking preferred with working knowledge of English
- 550€/day rate
- 2 remote days per week
Description
CCM: Customer Communication Management: all incoming and outgoing communication is set up in this team. You help to manage the processes between the various Back Offices & the Entrerprise Service Bus, which is central to their IT Landscape.
Together with the Application Architect you will draw up the contract for the inbound & outbound communication services. You are the link between business analysis and development.
Tasks
- You are responsible for developing and documenting the ICT solution, so that complete and unambiguous instructions can be transferred to the software engineer
- You also develop and document the functional and/or technical design with the aim of providing a high-quality technical ICT solution, in accordance with the business analysis, architectural vision and imposed standards
- XML/XSD/WSDL - They unlock their application via a WCF layer on which they provide integration services
- REST is also used for new services
- These must meet the SOAP standards, so knowledge of XML/XSD/WSDL is necessary to be able to deliver a good design
- Mappings between the own application structure and the Enterprise Service Bus services, which are also made in SOAP WSDL format, must also be made by the Technical Analyst
- Knowledge of these technologies is necessary to draw up a good sequence diagram
- You take the lead in the translation between the Use Cases and Analyses made by their functional analysts, and a sufficiently detailed technical design that is understandable for the development team
Skills
- You have knowledge of XML/XSD, Webservices/SOAP/Wsdl, Web API, WCF, .NET, Data modelling via UML, Databases
- You have a background in .NET Design and Development
- You are a team player and have strong communication skills
- You have experience as a functional and/or technical analyst at an insurance company in the field of inbound/outbound communication & archiving
