Deep knowledge of Gas and Power trading Back office operations.This person must have a detailed view of the process from a business perspective.
Should be aware of the settlement process right from the nominations to invoicing stage.
Within Gas and Power space it will be very good if the person has some deep level exposure to the process specific to Netherlands.
We also look at his/her understanding of the demand forecast. How does the weather, regulations, ancillary system effect the back office operations etc.
Should be good with BA skill set. Good understanding of the agile framework and requirement gathering.
Should have worked in global delivery teams which is diverse and geographically spread out.
