Our client has 6 month a Windows 10 upgrade project.

Job Details:

Windows 10 OS upgrade project.
Responsible for implementing departmental procedure to upgrade/reimage desktop computers to Win 10 OS.
A combination of in-place and rolling reimage/replacements will be utilized.
Will interface directly with end users in a variety of business environments including Back Office, medical office, and hospitals.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to OS function (login, print, application load).
Will report to a team lead who will serve as escalation point and provide direction on where/when to work.
