I am recruiting for a SOC Lead to be based in London.
This role falls inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract. The rate quoted on the advert is the take home pay after ALL deductions.
The role has wide ranging responsibilities for Technical IT security covering business as usual activities and projects and leads/develops a team of Security analysts/specialists providing service.
You will provide operational management, continuous improvement and direction of the SOC.
You will also lead multi-functional security initiatives across the department and build relationships with leadership to influence change and drive constancy with configuration management security standards.
You will have a number of years experience working in a MSSP, NOC or SOC.
You must demonstrate a broad knowledge of cyber security technologies, trends and strategy.
Strong analytical skills to define risk, identify potential threats, and develop action/mitigation plan and strong interpersonal skills, ability to mentor/train staff and bring awareness to current and emerging threats is also required.
You will possess Industry Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, ITIL, CCNA, CCNP or CCIE.
