Description

Masentó Group are urgently looking for an experienced Purchase-to-Pay Project/Programme Manager to run Group-wide P2P solution vendor selection all the way through to implementation. This will be an initial 6-month contract with 100% remote-working.

You will be need to effectively analyse the current landscape, speaking with key stakeholders to then run a successful RFP vendor selection processes to put out to tender. You must have multiple project knowledge across Coupa, Ariba and other key P2P solutions.

Essential Criteria:

  • Recent experience of managing an RFP vendor selection process specifically for P2P solutions
  • Must have delivered at least 2-3 end to end P2P implementations especially in the areas of Coupa and Ariba
  • Create and deliver project level documentation (ie reports, project deliverables, etc)
  • Drive task level project plans
  • Successful experience of managing third party suppliers and vendors
