ServiceNow Architect - HR Implementation
This is an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Architect - HR Implementation to join a global blue chip client of ours based in Reading on an initial 6 months' contract. The ServiceNow Architect - HR Implementation will have experience in designing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform for full application development life cycles and integrating this with other applications.
ServiceNow Architect - HR Implementation - Key Skills:
- Review and health check of ServiceNow implementation including request, incident and problem management as well as CMDB and external system integration.
- Recommend any short, medium and long term remediation plans as and if necessary.
- Provide technical Advice and Support the ServiceNow product owner as they mature into their role.
- Support onboarding new staff including interviewing candidates.
ServiceNow Architect - HR Implementation - HR ServiceNow project
- Act as the ServiceNow SME to support HR Transformation Project
- Review existing technical and service requirements and design documentation
- Review and contribute to the procurement of ServiceNow licences to deliver the transformation objectives.
- Support the kick-off and delivery activities required in the early phases of the programme.
