EVENT PRODUCER in London
6-month contract, £250/day
Responsibilities:
- Deliver EMEA meetings, events, conferences (proprietary and sponsored) and seminars in live, hybrid and virtual formats
- Manage all components of project budgets up to $250M, including the approval process and risk controls
- Work to prescribed budgets, preparing pre-event and post-event costings and handling all logistics on all events (agenda, invitations, suppliers, travel, on-site management) and producing a creative yet cost effective solution for the client
- Ensure and execute compliance of Firm's policies concerning Governance, Compliance, audit and risk, and finance
Required experience:
- Managed and executed special events for a range of attendees or complex high profile events
- Ability to manage multiple medium to large projects and tasks simultaneously
- Experience in technical delivery of digital/online events including event design and choreography
- Understanding of the events market and trends in EMEA
