Frontend Developer DTV - Madrid - Freelance Contract
Darwin is proud to continue its collaboration with this outstanding Tech Innovator who are one of Europe's original video streaming solutions pioneers! Their ongoing projects in Spain are now calling for further reinforcements and we're looking for experienced Frontend Developers with hands-on Javascript skills for a Freelance contract opportunity in Madrid.
Initial 6-12 month contract. Starting ASAP and with a longer term plan in place.
Key to this role are the following skills:
- Frontend Javascript Development in particular React, React Native, TypeScript
- ES6 Sytnax & Features, Restful API's, Third Party API's
- Multiscreen Dev: Tablets, Smartphones, PC's, TV's
Ideally you know your way around DTV, STB and VOD solutions and environments with a passion for test driven development. Able to work in English and Spanish with complete fluency in at least one, open to new ideas and willing to learn their stack. The role is based in Madrid with some remote work available but not 100% remotely.
My client will take you through a swift selection process via Video Conference and will include a Technical Challenge to give you a taste of what life will be like if you join the teams. No Work Permits/Visas on offer you must be able to live and work in Spain and travel freely within the EU.
