EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY - 6 month contract + - German Technical Support - Helpdesk - 1st & 2nd Line Support

Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for IT? Do you enjoy problem solving and delivering excellent customer service?

I have an exclusive 6 month contract to join an internal Service Desk team supporting their German business division.

You will provide 1st & 2nd line technical support on their Windows Desktop & Server estate, Mobile devices, internal applications and systems and network connectivity.

I am keen to speak with candidates who

  • Are fluent in German, both verbally and in writing
  • Have excellent customer service focus and are used to supporting large, corporate environments
  • Have strong analytical and problem-shooting skills
  • Are interested and/or have experience of IT systems with experience of one of the following an added bonus
    • Windows Server & Desktop technologies
    • Active Directory
    • MS Exchange Server
    • MS Office, O365
    • TCP/IP
    • Wifi
    • Mobile Devices
    • Apple/Android/Mac
  • Previous experience of working with automated ticketing systems would also be a bonus
