SDN Network Engineer
( SDN, Container, Cloud, Cisco, f5 )
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading telecoms carrier on the latest cutting edge technology.
We are looking for engineers who have experience with SDN, container solutions, cloud, open source software, Scripting, automation and the general new CI/CD way of working, GitOps model, with experience in multiple platforms and tools in network automation but not restricted to one technology.
The ideal candidate should still have worked with classic DC technology such as Cisco Nexus (2K & 5K), with f5 loadbalancer and Firewall (Checkpoint).
Skills:
- Experience with SDN
- Container solutions
- Cloud solutions
- Datacenter network architecture and configurations - L2 Switched networks
- Classic technologies found in DC ecosystem like: Load Balancer configurations, DNS, SSL, certificate management & small PKI notions
- Cisco Nexus product Family (2K, 5K) or Checkpoint Firewalls or F5 Load Balancer (LTM/DNS/CGNAT)
- Scripting languages - eg Ansible/Python
- OS and Virtualization System common Knowledge (VMWare/Linux)
