#NS6503 - Leading Bank - Azure Solutions Architect (Expert) - Amsterdam
One of the biggest banks in the Netherlands is looking for an Azure Solutions Architect (Expert level). The candidate is responsible for advising on the design, development and implementation of Azure platform products, solutions, functions, resources & capabilities. The candidate will lead in the design and development of the migration from on-premise to cloud and will have specific network-related experience.
The team is implementing Azure Cloud Services as a strategic platform following the Agile process.
Necessary Skills and Experience:
-Expert knowledge and passion for Microsoft Azure, including but not limited to Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute Circuit, Azure Firewall, Hybrid networks, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Network Security, Network Segmentation, and Automation;
-Expert knowledge of traditional (on-premises) Network Infrastructure including but not limited to DNS, Routing, WAN, etc.;
-Ability to design the plan for service availability, and disaster-recovery scenarios for the full range of products within the portfolio;
-Design, development, security and implementation of Azure products for internal Azure customers (100+ DevOps teams);
Requirements:
- Microsoft Azure certified, at an expert level in Azure
-At least 6-8+years of experience in cloud, solutions architecture, migration, networks, and extensive knowledge inMicrosoft Azureservice portfolio
-Can translate business requirements into solutions, services and products
-Experience in DevOps (IaC) area of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services;
-Experience and expert knowledge on Infrastructure as Code (eg design and deployment of ARM templates, Terraform and PowerShell); Experience with CI/CD
-Experience with customer engagement from a modern Cloud infrastructure perspective
-Team player with a growth mindset
-Dutch preferred
-Based in Netherlands with a valid work visa to work in the Netherlands (please do not apply if you do not have this requirement - sponsorship is not available for this role)
This role offers a competitive salary package ~€95 per hour (negotiable) with a rolling extension.
