Description
Our client, a global supplier of IT services, requires L3 Citrix Xenapp SMEs to join their clients team for 6 month temporary contracts to start immediately. These roles could be based in Hove or Redhill or even remote for the right candidate.
Candidates should have strong hands on experience of design and implementation of Citrix Xenapp in order to provide expert guidance to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- L3 Support for Citrix Xenapp version 7 and above
- Have hand-on exp in Xenapp Migration
- Hands-on experience in Citrix Netscaler
- Hands-on experience on Citrix Policies and Zones
- Troubleshooting Skills to fix Citrix related issues
Key Requirements:
- 6 to 7 years' Xenapp Citrix support experience
- L3 Support for Citrix Xenapp version 7 and above
- Have hand-on exp in Xenapp Migration
- Hands-on experience in Citrix Netscaler
- Hands-on experience on Citrix Policies and Zones
- Troubleshooting Skills to fix Citrix related issues
- Excellent communications Skills & Customer Service skills
- Good client Stakeholder management skills
- Good problem-solving ability
