IT Support Analyst - Preston - £15 per hour
Badenoch & Clark's client in Lancashire requires a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst to start ASAP for an initial 1 month contract offering £15 per hour (inside IR35/umbrella rate) with an aspect of remote working involved.
Our client's users mobile devices require a factory reset due to a recent upgrade and require a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst to support with raised mobile device issues from users setting up their mobile devices.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot Android and iOS mobile device issues raised by users and have experience doing this in a previous role. It is desirable to be familiar with Microsoft Intune but not essential.
