Cloud Foundry Consultant - Amsterdam, Netherlands - 12+ months contract

We are looking for a well experienced Cloud Foundry Consultant who is required to join our globally known Airline client at their office in Amsterdam.
- 5+ years of experience is needed
You are an experienced operator with a Linux background and you have some knowledge about cloud native development.
You are knowledgeable in the workings of Linux virtual machines and Cloud Foundry or other container based workloads like Docker & Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud based IAAS or PAAS solutions is preferred.
There is a high focus on automation for the installation & maintenance of the platform.
Application deployments will also occur via CI/CD systems, so you are experienced with the use of CI/CD tooling such as Git, Nexus, Jenkins, Concourse & Bamboo.
Experience in Linux shells and other command line interfaces is a pre-requisite.
For development of new features on the platform, you will have to be able to translate functional requirements into feasible technical solutions within the boundaries of the platform.
You are experienced in application development using the latest web application frameworks and standards.
You will be working in a small agile team, distributed across multiple sites with English as the main language, so we rely highly on your sense of responsibility & independence to work with your direct colleagues to finish tasks & achieve our common goals. As an agile team member you are used to work with agile methodologies such as scrum and Kanban. The team is set up as a Devops team, so we strive to be a multi-skilled team that has a broad knowledge with some in-depth specialism. You will also be responsible for helping developers & operators working with the platform, so the ability for clear communication, pragmatism and insightfulness is preferred.
