Description

Our client have an urgent requirement for a Governance Administrator to join their team. This role will involve collating mobile carrier data from all carriers globally on a monthly basis.

Key Accountabilities:

Oversight of all vendor relationships.
Lead monthly & quarterly service reviews.
Ensure invoicing, billing and internal recharges are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
Ensure regular usage statements are issued to the business.
Drive and implement automation of manual processes.
Undertake housekeeping tasks across all carrier connections to ensure accuracy of data and usage.
Identify and implement cost savings initiatives where possible.
Maintain up to date records of all active connections across the organisation.
Lead contract negotiations and RFPs.
Own vendor management tasks through internal management platform.
Risk, Audit and Compliance Lead
Manage all Risk, Audit and Compliance activities for the team.
Lead Audits as they happen.
Work with CS Governance team to register and Risks when appropriate and track them through to remediation.
Ensure compliance with all policies and standards relevant to mobile platform.
Represent the team in Governance forums.
MI and Reporting
Produce MI across the mobile platform for all metrics which need to be reported.
Compile presentations or reports as required.

Requirements:

Experience working with an Operational IT Team
Understanding of mobile platforms preferred
Have sufficient knowledge of IT policy, processes, procedures and systems deployed
Ability to work under pressure, deliver within limited timescales, and proven ability to prioritise against competing demands
Strong analytical skills to quickly assess situations, their impact and options for resolution
Good team player skills which rely on honest open communication and reliability of individuals to strive to deliver an excellent service to the customer
Experience of working in a global team a benefit
Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely
Experience with Vendor management tasks and processes
Experience managing Risk and governance
Experience producing and delivering MI
Experience of SQL

The role will be an initial 3 months contract, and although initially remote, travel to London offices may be required in the future.
