Description

My client an International mobile operator is currently looking for an experienced Radio Network Capacity Planner to join their Radio Network delivery team on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible of creating and reporting on the radio capacity KPIs for both Sites and Switches (2G/4G/5G).
  • Supporting Forecast analysis for a long terms plan.
  • Modelling Impact assessment on user experience based on given constraints.
  • Studying and providing Delivery with HW configuration site by site (Radios, BB, Antennas, MIMO config ect )
  • Point of contact with Radio Network Design team.
  • Making sure what is in delivery matches the plan from config perspective and sites list.
  • Supporting the budget submission with ad-hoc analysis.
