Scrum Master - Contact Centre | Customer Web Chat | Digital Transformation | Public Sector - Outside IR35
William Alexander Consulting are currently looking for highly experienced Scrum Masters for a Digital Transformation programme in Manchester.
This is expected to be at least a 12 months programme of work and paying £500-£550 per day, depending on experience.
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrable experience of working specifically as a Scrum Master
- Strong experience of working on Contact Centre, Call Centre or Customer Web Chat projects
- Experience with Digital Transformation
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Government/Public Sector Industry background
