Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop RPA CoE best practices, standards and framework to implement end to end UiPath solutions for a variety of business tasks
  • Collaborate with application owners and business analysts to identify and understand the processes for RPA and own Process Design Documents (PDDs) throughout project life cycle
  • Guide the team to incorporate the culture of creating, managing and publishing UiPath reusable libraries and assets, identify and build new reusable components, facilitate training and support
  • Ability to understand the current state of the business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize future state of the same in an automated solution
  • Maintain code quality and document all required artifacts
  • Ensure systems comply with all applicable legal, regulatory & internal compliance requirements

Technical Skills

  • Experience required as RPA Developer with working experience in UiPath
  • 5+ years experience in a professional senior technical role (technical lead/architect) including hands-on experience in complete end to end RPA process life cycle - from requirements to BOT deployment
  • 10+ years of C# or Microsoft Technology (eg, VB.NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services) development experience and a solid understanding of programming concepts
  • Demonstrated expertise with at least 3 full life cycle analytics or systems integration engagements across strategy, design and implementation
  • Good business interfacing skills to work with various lines of business on process flow maps
  • Excellent process improvement identification skills
  • Certified RPA professional on one or more automation platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering and computer science relevant field
