Job description for the role of Unified Communications Architect:
Essential Skill:
- Overall experience in field of IT transformations programs. Design development, solution development, high level design, detailed design
- Experience in Design, Implementation and troubleshooting Unified Communication solutions
- In-depth knowledge of business use cases, technical concepts, practices and procedures related to unified communications.
- In-depth knowledge of the architecture principles, design concepts, standards, product knowledge and technical delivery for the Future Workplace Practice regarding unified communications and productivity concepts
- Development and deployment of micro-services to AWS or Azure
- Hands on experience in Python 3, REST API development
- Experience in design, development of Network Orchestrator either COTS or open source
- Experience in Domain knowledge of SDN/NFV, understanding resource modelling for VNFs/PNFs
- Strong communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a unified communications modernization roadmap and architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability of new projects and successful deployments, orchestrating key resources and infusing key data technologies
- Create Component functional document like HLD & LLD
- Providing technical inputs to team
- Interacting effectively with client to refine and understand the requirements
- Implementing solutions utilizing the team's software development and life cycle processes
- Assisting the Team Lead in providing technical inputs
- As part of the team, providing responsive support and undertake corrective actions
- Assisting the team to adapt to network orchestration development
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate complex ideas with both customers and peers in written and oral form.
- Written communications include technical documentation and project status reports.
