Description

  • Providing oversight and governance of HR Designs for Mexico, as part of the implementation of a new payroll, time off and benefits solution and the demise of an old HR master system.
  • understanding business demands and priorities, legislative and regulatory changes, and innovations in HR practice and technology as well as the global design baseline
  • Owning specific solution areas and issues through to resolution; acting as Design Lead for Mexico key projects and initiatives
  • Applying employee experience/service mindset to develop solutions and moving them further towards end to end business outcomes.
  • Coordinating the GSOs, other HR and HR IT stakeholders to ensure new and changed solutions, are optimal, implications are fully understood, and have been appropriately impact assessed, and any necessary mitigation is carried out before deployment
  • Design Authority: Responsible for undertaking specific business analysis for design items/requirements and managing these through to closure, through an agreed action plan with GSOs and IT Leads, ensuring that the business analysis is thorough, communicated and signed off by the Design Authority (including preparing DA packs and following through the design decisions to closure)
  • Responsible for the end to end design of key solution areas and resolution of service issues for Mexico
  • Ensuring desired business outcomes are understood, agreed and then measured are part of project work
  • Responsible for ensuring that all relevant impact assessments to the process and service are appropriately understood, assessed and signed-off whilst IT impacts are managed in a coordinated way.
  • Responsible for ensuring that adequate action plans to implement these changes are drafted by the relevant GSO and the correct governance model is followed
  • Responsible for providing expertise and support to HR GSOs, SMEs and local stakeholders in understanding the impact of design decisions, quarterly system releases and other technology considerations
  • Aligning SuccessFactors to deliver effective releases across modules in line with Mexico business requirements
  • Varying degrees of knowledge and experience across the GSO community
  • Ensuring that all design decisions are made with awareness of their impacts and underlying assumptions
  • Act as an effective interface between senior stakeholders and technical experts
  • Bridge the gap between customer experience and technology ensuring full end to end performance
  • Fluent in Spanish is a must
  • Experience in HR with a strong understanding of the impact HR processes have upon HR Systems and Delivery Services
  • Experience within a Design Authority in major transformation programme
  • Knowledge and experience of running HR projects in line with the IT delivery cycles
  • Strong facilitation skills particularly the proven ability to manage meetings and forge consensus amongst stakeholders across multiple workstreams/SME areas
  • Strategic thinking supported by strong business analysis skills to develop robust service design solutions
  • Excellent eye for detail and a proven ability to think through and clearly articulate complex issues
    • Good communication, interpersonal and client facing skills
    • Both a teamwork approach and self-motivated self-sufficiency
  • Ability to work flexibly, take responsibility for all areas of work as required and adapt to change
  • Sound judgemental skills to identify and resolve challenges and issues.

  • Ideally strong knowledge of SuccessFactors but other HR solutions are acceptable
