Description
Harvey Nash's client is recruiting for a Procurement Specialist on an initial 12 month contract. You will be responsible for the delivery of a range of different procurement projects within both the Operations & Maintenance and Corporate teams. These procurement activities will be either driven by business-led requirements or from existing Category Strategies developed by one of our Category Managers.
Essential skills:
* Good understanding and experience of Category Management and its implementation.
* Minimum of 5 years procurement experience in a similar industry.
* CIPS qualification preferred but not essential.
* Personal proven track record in executing complex procurement activities.
* Comprehensive knowledge of UK and Ireland Utilities Contracts Regulations
