Description
Our private sector, system integrator client who specialises in supporting government departments and the armed services to undergo digital transformation is looking for a QA Test Lead Consultant to assist with a large roll-out of a cloud hosted Product Lifecycle Management platform (PLM), Teamcenter.
You will ideally have worked on large government or armed services implementations, ensuring test automation capability for regression and acceptance criteria. You will be expected to coordinate the QA on this product life cycle management greenfield programme.
This will be a long running programme and the role is due to start ASAP.
It is highly likely that you will be provided with Security Clearance (SC) so it is essential that you have lived in the UK for 5 years and have relevant UK living status.
The role is currently deemed to be outside IR35 and paying up to £450 per day depending on experience.
What experience will you be required to have?
- Ideally you will have previously tested cloud hosted platforms Teamcenter PLM solutions or similar
- Strong experience of interpreting testing requirements using artefacts, including user stories and wireframes
- Maintained test artefacts in test management and collaboration tools
- Automation experience maintaining BDD frameworks in Serenity
- Experience of using Test Automation Tools Selenium, Microfocus UFT/QTP
- Test Management tool eg Microfocus ALM/HP Quality Centre
- Continuous Integration experience
- Previously had responsibility for writing and executing test cases
- Assisted with collating test results for reporting purposes
- Previously assisted in preparation of and execution of system integration and end to end user acceptance testing
- Defect triage in Jira and Confluence
- Experience working in a DevOps/Agile development environment
- ISEB or equivalent
Highly desirable but not essential would be:
- Experience of performance testing using testing tools (eg JMeter, LoadRunner or NEOLOAD)
- GitHub SCM toolset
