Description
Our customer, a global Fintech firm are looking to hire four Incident Managers to work with them for at least 6 months on a remote basis (Inside CET hours).
Key points of role -
- Take ownership of and coordinate complex incidents
- Communicate with customers/end users
- Facilitate post-mortems
- Conduct retrospective incident reviews and drive root cause analysis
- Good exposure to productivity tools such as G-suite, Slack or Jira
- Good understanding of AWS fundamentals or similar cloud platforms
- Exposure to monitoring/analysis tools such as splunk or datadog
- Exposure to unix based systems
