SRE Lead | Short term contract | Fin Tech start up | GCP
My client are Fin Tech property start-up, who have built an API-driven service to connect customers, and we looking for a lead Site Reliability Engineer on a short term basis, using some of the latest technologies and development patterns.
We are looking for someone to:
- Help design my client's cloud-native infrastructure and delivery pipeline.
- Coordinate technical projects with SRE, Product and development teams in an agile manner
- Work and build on a strong DevOps/SRE ethos within a small engineering team
- Build and manage 'true' microservices
Tech: NodeJS, MongoDb, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Nginx, Terraform, CircleCI, Prometheus
Experience required:
- In-depth familiarity with a range of Google Cloud technologies including:
Google Kubernetes Engine, GCP Networking, Cloud NAT, Load Balancing
- DevOps tooling: Bitbucket, GitHub, CircleCI, Kustomize and Helm
- Managed several Kubernetes clusters, designed API Gateway solutions with NGINX Ingress Controllers, produced Terraform IaC definition
- Monitoring and observability capabilities using: Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana and Jaeger
- G-Suite, Okta and domain DNS management
