Description

I am recruiting for a Commercial Agreement Manager with experience of Contact Centres & Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

This role will be home based.

The role is inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract. The rate quoted on the job advert is the take home pay after all deductions.

Public sector experience is essential.

You must have strong stakeholder relationship management & engagement experience.

You will be able to build a strategy with wider client and contact centres and be able to deliver strategies around growth, unpick customer base and what they need.

You will lead on the development of OJEU procurement documentation that enables the market to deliver our customer's needs in a sustainable way, driving quality and value.

You will also be able to play a leadership role, supporting the Category Lead in the ongoing management for implemented products; facilitating strategic added value initiatives throughout the product life cycle and ensuring the delivery of continuous improvement.
