DevOps Engineer (CRM)
6months + Contract
Poland, Warsaw (Remote work option Temporary due to Pandemic)
My client is looking for a DevOps Engineer (CRM) to join their team.
This role will be Remote working for a Temporary based till the pandemic goes down.
What you will be doing on the Job
* Administration, maintenance and development of Clarify systems.
* Main part of responsibilities will be on L2 applications and systems administration, combined with L3 development work.
* Provide 2nd line support (operational) for applications and incidents
* Provide 3rd line support (developer level) for applications and incidents
* Limited development in assigned systems
* Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications; researches, builds, tests, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
* Responsibility for SLA and Incident Management
* Working on standby (24/7)
* Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
* Works closely with analysts, designers and other team members.
* DevOps style of working (code bug-fixing, small changes implementation)
* System analysis
* Package preparation of developed changes for confirmed release
* Preparation of documentation for developed changes
* Direct cooperation with customer teams
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 year of experience with systems & applications administration especially Clarify products
* 3+ years experience in Java and web application development preferred experience with Clarify application
* Experience with WebLogic, Tomcat application Servers
* Able to support multiple platforms and multiple databases (SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2)
* Nice to have knowledge of FAMOC products
* Ability of direct cooperation with the Customer employees (IT and Business users in Polish language)
* Willingness to create and maintain good relations with key Customer employees.
* Excellent team working skills
* Fluent Polish and English at least at level of working proficiency
