Programme Manager - Oracle HCM - £675p/d Inside IR35 - 6 months

Global IT Client now require an experienced Oracle HCM Programme Manager to lead a complex HRIS system replacement programme.

The Programme Manager will be responsible for leading the replacement of Success Factors HRIS with Oracle HCM and will be responsible for engaging the business and working with 3rd party suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of the programme.

The ideal Programme Manager will have the following experience:
  • Proven Programme Manager with track record of delivery
  • Strong experience of implementing Oracle HCM and ideally exposure to Success Factors HRIS.
  • SaaS/Cloud experience
  • Senior stakeholder engagement skills - able to take Business, IT and Finance on journey
  • Highly effective communication skills
Rate: £657p/d
Duration: 6 months

Oracle HCM implementation experience is essential for this role.
