Description
The Senior Security Consultant at Ongoing Operations will work closely with our clients to Assess, Evolve, Build, and Test their Information Security Program. You will help our customers safeguard information by seeing that security risks are identified, assessed and accurately reported. You will identify opportunities for improvement in relation to ISO 27001 and industry good practices and will provide support to the application of security frameworks and regulatory standards. As part of the global implementation team you will be the center of competence for Information Security providing an advisory services role and acting as the focal point for security compliance related activities and responsibilities in the assigned geographic region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Customer interactions for assigned geographic region and serve as a functional subject matter expert to support the global team by providing ISO 27001 consultation and assessment services global implementation:
Information Security Program assessments against ISO 27001
Risk assessments.
Regulatory gap assessments against regional and country requirements.
Security program development
Vulnerability management operational review
Evaluate controls based on regulatory guidance and best practices.
Provide clear, organized findings and recommendations to clients and track progress towards resolution and compliance.
Produce detailed, high-quality reports for clients.
Governance planning and execution.
Share your expertise with clients and colleagues to aid in decisions on topics like strategy and scope as well as deep and highly technical projects like web application architecture and security.
Work independently, undertake information security engagements including work coordination and project management (client interaction, deliverables, work plans, escalation's, etc.).
Provide regular status reports on all projects assigned.
