Business Analyst, RPA for eCommerce, Digital, FMCG/Pharma

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Digital Business Analyst with excellent leadership attributes and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have good experience defining and documenting business requirements for Robotic Process Automation, preferably in an eCommerce technology context. Full participation in the software delivery cycle is required, with a hands-on approach to ensure the solutions deliver step changes in the reduction of manual work.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working without close supervision and is required to be strong support for the development team to deliver requirements to spec, and that the quality of the deliverables by the development team are of the highest order.
Working with responsibility for the eventual quality of the final products for the business, the BA will carry out the following activities:
- Lead a team of Business Analysts and manage multi-faceted engineering teams
- Practice active listening with different functional teams to understand their day to day manual activities in the delivery of eCommerce
- Form a strong relationship to challenge and work with the business to define a clear vision for each potential RPA improvement, with a full understanding of the technical art of the possible.'
- Conceptualise solutions, drilling down in the process to materialise solutions
- Ensure the business requirements are sufficiently clarified and improved to achieve the best possible outcome, and translate these into technical requirements for the development teams
- Articulate the business requirements as User Stories in BDD format
- Development of Test Cases and User Acceptance Criteria in an Agile Sprint Framework
- Conduct necessary testing during and after spring delivery
- Update essential project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and others
- Ensure alignment to necessary gates, sprint processes and delivery methodologies
- Ensure at all stages that quality, scope and changes are maintained and managed
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-3 years of Robotic Process Automation
- 6-8 years of Business Analysis, preferably in a Digital context
- Excellent Agile delivery experience with a detailed knowledge of the tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Outstanding Agile methodology experience such as sprint grooming, estimating, retrospectives, etc.
- Experience using RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism and others - preferred but not essential

We are looking for an individual who is customer focussed, and willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done'. The core team are primarily located in India/UK, but customers are located globally across all time zones; therefore, we require flexibility of working hours.
