Senior IT Support Analyst - Windows, Mac, Wireless
An award winning software house based in London's West end currently looking to hire a Senior IT Support Analyst to join them on a contract basis. Working in a satellite office, you will be the sole IT support professional in the office.
The ideal candidate would be a IT generalist who has the ability to work autonomously. Your core BAU focus will be providing desktop support and systems administration for their Windows PC and Macs. You will also be responsible for wireless network administration, hardware support and telephony support.
Core Experience Required:-
- Strong in Mac Admin (enterprise level) Skills (OSX 10.9 to 10.15)
- Strong in Windows Desktop Admin (enterprise level) Skills (Windows 10 and Windows 7)
- Windows Active Directory User administration
- IP and networking
- Wireless admin (Cisco Meraki preferred)
- Familiar with Atlassian tool set
- Office 365 Administration
- Office hardware (printers faxes scanners)
- Security Awareness (understand need and urgency of Security issues)
- Ability to think outside the box (To be innovative and adaptive
