Description

My Leeds based public sector client have informed me of a new contract requirement.

Role- Technical Architect (GP Data)

Contract length- 6 months

IR35 Status- Inside

Rate- £500 per day

Responsibilities
The responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following key areas:
Ownership: Technical Architecture design for the GPDfPR end-to-end solution
Ownership: Providing architecture oversight & direction to a number of delivery & product teams, ensuring alignment with my clients principles and the GPDfPR Vision and roadmap
Contributing to: the ongoing maintenance and uplift of standards that form the basis of the GPDfPR capabilities within the GPIT Framework
Contributing to: support with the assurance of system supplier deliverables, including their mapping of clinical system data to the GP Data schema and their technical solutions for scheduled transmissions of Practice data
The role requires significant engagement with multiple stakeholder groups such as the executive team, the business team, the development partners, external suppliers, as well as a multitude of internal my clients teams such as Technical Architecture, Solution Assurance, Service Management, and Platforms & Infrastructure.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential
Applications & data focussed architect with demonstrable experience of working successfully with varied development teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience of delivering high volume solutions
Experience of data pipelines
Experience of assuring supplier solutions
Excellent written and communication skills
Evidence of identifying and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for a project
Advantageous
Experience of GP Clinical System data formats
Knowledge of NHS GP solutions
Experience of interoperability within Healthcare systems and associated standards (eg FHIR or HL7v3)
Knowledge of data privacy solutions (eg Privitar)
Knowledge of data lake solutions (eg Databricks)
Experience of working as an architect in an agile environment
Knowledge of and experience of using architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
Knowledge of core NHS and healthcare technologies
Knowledge of the NHS
