Service Designer needed for a 5-month contract within the public sector (remote and OUTSIDE IR35)
Key Responsibilities/Duties
1 Service designer on a transformation of a piece of critical national infrastructure,
2 Responsible for designing the end-to-end service to be delivered to the end user (both internal and external)
3 Responsible for elements of requirement analysis, interaction design (the user interface), and process design
Key skills required
1 Stakeholder Management
2 Experience with user experience design, design thinking and agile delivery are essential
3 Knowledge of product management
Desirable/Beneficial skills
1 Previous GDS experience
