CRM Marketing Manager

Up to £350 per day - 12 month contract.

As the CRM Loyalty Marketing Manager you will be taking responsibility for creating & executing a campaign and communication plan for customer loyalty, improving customer retention and optimising life time value.

This role will form part of CRM team for a global leading consumer-electronics company. This role has huge career growth prospects, as you will be joining in a period of aggressive company growth in their direct channels fuelled by increasing demand and external investment.

CRM Marketing Manager - overview:

You will take the lead on delivering the loyalty program across all channels, service touch points and will have a 'hands-on' approach to this task as well as a strategic one - delivering the best experience for customers whilst also leveraging new technologies in order to drive loyalty.

CRM Marketing Manager - requirements:

  • Experience or equivalent in a Retention/Reward Marketing role with a digital focus which demonstrates previous loyalty experience.
  • Consumer-oriented approach, ability to build consumer-friendly messaging.
  • Outstanding execution skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding work planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident presenting.
  • Ability to analyse and communicate insights regarding all key digital marketing metrics.
