Scrum Master - 3 months rolling contract - Brussels, Belgium - Public Sector/Gov
Scrum Master required to increase efficiency in planning. The Scrum Master will establish robust and conflict-free planning, guarantee optimal and correct use of available infrastructure capacity. They will handle capacity requests in an objective and transparent manner, evolving needs within the international market and centralising planning activities.
Required:
- Support the project manager in reporting at project level (scope, budget, deliverables, issues & risks)
- Communicate the status and progress of the project and consulting all project stakeholders
- Support during the preparation of the various meetings
- Ensuring project objectives are realised
- Ensuring that the Agile principles are well understood and respected in practice
- Timely finding and anticipating dependencies and monitoring risks
- Team coaching through the different iterations
- Coaching and guiding the ICT team with regard to the application and optimisation of the Agile operation
- Facilitating discussions, decision making and conflict resolution
- Guidance towards a "Self-organizing" team
- Optimising internal and external communication
- UPM
- English + Dutch OR French speaking
