Description
Our client is urgently looking for IT Solution Architects to join their team based in London, United Kingdom, on a 12 Month Renewable Contract.
- Minimum 4-6 years solution architecture experience
- Adheres to proper escalation ACD change control procedures. Prepares, maintains and submits activity/progress reports
- Contributes to development of strategies, plicies and best practices. Prepares technical architectural and implementation plan. Works closely with the Project manager to define project deliverables and schedules. Helps to identify and leverage Dell EMC and Partner resources to satisfy needs/objectives of the implementation. Participates (as needed) as a technical expert in the pre-sales qualification and is responsible for the delivery of the technical architecturaal design, strategies and plans. May be responsible for the creation of proposals. Participates in requirements gathering for project engagements. Leads project quality assurance activities, including performing technical Q&A reviews on components for a team and performing Q&A reviews of code documentation
- Develops and cultivates strong customer relationships
- May hold responsibility for achieving Bar of Excellence as the highest level of customer Satisfaction for every customer. Dell EMC Proved Professional Certification desired. Organizational and Project management skills. Analytical ability.
- Stays current on technical specifications for HW/SW requirements and industry products/solutions. Supports the design and development of technical content. Desings the solution and supports the installation, customization, integration of the solution.
