Senior Change Management Specialist - HR Operating Model

You will be joining an established Global Business Change Team, working on a global HR operations transformation programme.

To be suitable you will have multiple years of experience embedding HR change and be a specialist on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures, playing a key role in ensuring ensuring projects meet their identified business benefits by increasing employee adoption and engagement.

Ideally you will have formal change management knowledge and training such as ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, McKinsey etc.

This is a great opportunity with a FTSE100, mainly Work From Home, some once per fortnight travel to Watford hence location but you can be based further afield if willing to travel as per requirement.
